Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a client service, agency, or project coordination environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience supporting medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes (helpful).
- Exposure to budgeting or financial tracking for client projects (helpful).
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or program logistics (helpful).
- Familiarity with vendor or agency partner management (helpful).
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables for client programs.
- Facilitate internal and client meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions.
- Coordinate with vendors and support financial tracking including budgets and invoicing.
- Lead smaller projects independently and mentor junior team members.
