Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a client service, agency, or project coordination environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience supporting medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes (helpful).
  • Exposure to budgeting or financial tracking for client projects (helpful).
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or program logistics (helpful).
  • Familiarity with vendor or agency partner management (helpful).

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and project deliverables.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Oversee project workflows and facilitate internal and client meetings.
  • Ensure project deliverables progress on schedule.
  • Manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support financial tracking including budgets and invoicing.
  • Independently lead smaller projects and mentor junior team members.
