Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in paid social, digital acquisition, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including setup and auction dynamics.
  • Experience managing Google Display Network and programmatic display campaigns.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition while improving CAC or ROAS.
  • Experience building and optimizing remarketing/retargeting strategies using behavioral data.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and attribution models.
  • Experience with pixel tracking, conversion measurement, and attribution tools.
  • Ability to develop creative briefs and execute A/B or multivariate testing.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns including Meta advertising, bidding strategy, and budget allocation.
  • Develop and scale display and programmatic campaigns across networks like Google Display Network.
  • Design and execute remarketing and retargeting strategies using behavioral and intent-based segmentation.
  • Build structured testing roadmaps for ad copy, visuals, and formats in partnership with design teams.
  • Monitor daily performance and optimize for CAC and conversion efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, and analytics teams to drive growth objectives.
