Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in paid social, digital acquisition, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including setup and auction dynamics.
- Experience managing Google Display Network and programmatic display campaigns.
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition while improving CAC or ROAS.
- Experience building and optimizing remarketing/retargeting strategies using behavioral data.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and attribution models.
- Experience with pixel tracking, conversion measurement, and attribution tools.
- Ability to develop creative briefs and execute A/B or multivariate testing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns including Meta advertising, bidding strategy, and budget allocation.
- Develop and scale display and programmatic campaigns across networks like Google Display Network.
- Design and execute remarketing and retargeting strategies using behavioral and intent-based segmentation.
- Build structured testing roadmaps for ad copy, visuals, and formats in partnership with design teams.
- Monitor daily performance and optimize for CAC and conversion efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, and analytics teams to drive growth objectives.
