- Lead the full design process, from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
- Design and optimize experiences for ecommerce customers and internal users across CMS, MarTech, and operational platforms.
- Plan and run user research, including interviews and usability testing. Turn customer pain points and behaviors into actionable insights and design decisions.
- Build and extend our design system. Contribute components, patterns, and tokens that scale cleanly between design and development.
- Partner with stakeholders to validate designs through structured UAT, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners. Communicate design decisions clearly and advocate for the customer.
- Maintain brand integrity across digital platforms while driving thoughtful innovation in visual identity.
- Plug into Agile/Scrum workflows, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver iterative improvements sprint over sprint.
