- Build and launch paid campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels
- Monitor performance daily and bring forward both problems and opportunities
- Optimize campaigns continuously, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative based on data
- Partner with internal creative team to brief and execute performance-driven ad content
- Help manage and grow creator and influencer program
- Pull weekly performance reports and translate raw numbers into actionable insights
