Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in at least two channels, such as Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, CTV, Affiliate, or Influencer Marketing.
  • Fluency in performance marketing fundamentals including LTV:CAC efficiency, incrementality, attribution, and marginal return dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
  • Experience with CRO, landing page development, or CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, remote environments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, including shifting business objectives and evolving KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first growth hire for the Patiently telehealth team, establishing foundation for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Own paid acquisition strategy and hands-on execution across Meta and Google, managing campaign architecture and daily optimization.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization across the full funnel, including landing page creation, A/B testing, and CMS-based builds.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks for paid channels to provide actionable performance insights to leadership.
  • Lead the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, test design, analysis, and scaling.
  • Develop growth marketing plans aligned with revenue objectives, managing focus across paid, organic, and lifecycle levers.
  • Track and report on lead conversion metrics, channel efficiency, and incrementality to guide budget and strategy.
