Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant business experience.
- Demonstrated sales track record over multiple years.
- Previous experience bringing new products to market.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as necessary.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience with virtual sales calls.
- Strong proficiency in CRM administration.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage consistently with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to build sales pipelines.
- Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), titration partners, and accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive therapy adoption and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with marketing, product development, patient access, and customer care teams to support product launches and the patient journey.
- Conduct sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and perform administrative duties to track sales performance.
- Plan and conduct customer education events.
- Analyze sales methods and results to ensure territory goals are met in a startup environment.
