Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience.
  • Demonstrated sales track record over multiple years.
  • Previous experience bringing new products to market.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience with virtual sales calls.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM administration.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage consistently with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to build sales pipelines.
  • Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), titration partners, and accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive therapy adoption and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product development, patient access, and customer care teams to support product launches and the patient journey.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and perform administrative duties to track sales performance.
  • Plan and conduct customer education events.
  • Analyze sales methods and results to ensure territory goals are met in a startup environment.
