- Engage consistently with customers, accounts, and advocacy groups to build sales pipelines.
- Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), titration partners, and accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive therapy adoption and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with marketing, product development, patient access, and customer care teams to support product launches and the patient journey.
- Conduct sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitor research to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and perform administrative duties to track sales performance.
- Plan and conduct customer education events.
