Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of experience hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound sales.
  • Fluency in English (level B2 or equivalent).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills and adaptability.
  • Ability to master SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Preferred: Experience using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities from top-priority, high-potential accounts.
  • Qualify inbound leads and create business opportunities for UK Account Executives.
  • Detect customer pain points and understand context to present the 360Learning value proposition.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and contribute innovative lead generation ideas.
  • Master inbound methodologies and the 360Learning product to act as a subject-matter expert.
