Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of experience hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound sales.
- Fluency in English (level B2 or equivalent).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills and adaptability.
- Ability to master SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
- Preferred: Experience using Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Generate opportunities from top-priority, high-potential accounts.
- Qualify inbound leads and create business opportunities for UK Account Executives.
- Detect customer pain points and understand context to present the 360Learning value proposition.
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and contribute innovative lead generation ideas.
- Master inbound methodologies and the 360Learning product to act as a subject-matter expert.
