Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management with a focus on enterprise-wide SaaS implementation.
- 5+ years of experience working at a healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
- 5+ years of cross-functional experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
- Proven track record applying quantitative and analytical skills to hospital systems such as EHR implementations.
- Deep domain knowledge in PAT perioperative metrics, processes, and clinical challenges.
- Hands-on proficiency with data validation dashboards, SQL, and complex Excel functions.
- Systems thinking ability with balance between vision and detail-oriented execution.
- Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time.
- Experience writing SQL queries (highly desired).
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR instances.
- Experience working with clinical or process consultants.
- PMP certification is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the timeline for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments.
- Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to implement value-driven solutions.
- Manage the full deployment lifecycle from project kickoff to go-live by prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with diverse client stakeholders ranging from frontline staff to C-suite leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while advising internal delivery teams on resolution.
- Create structured approaches to close process gaps and improve project outcomes.
