Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or technical solutions role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong domain knowledge in MarTech, AdTech, e-commerce, or related ecosystems.
- Hands-on familiarity with both client-side and server-side tracking (pixels, scripts, APIs, cookies, UTMs, event validation).
- Ability to inspect websites and troubleshoot issues using browser dev console and source code inspection.
- Understanding of data stitching using identifiers, order IDs, revenue data, and customer data.
- Experience managing multiple onboarding projects at once with strong follow-through and prioritization.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and investigative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting progress and guiding customers.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer implementations from post-sale onboarding through data validation, helping customers navigate setup across front-end tracking, back-end integrations, and ads tracking.
- Guide customers through technical implementation steps without directly modifying their systems, providing clear instructions and support throughout the process.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues such as missing page views, javascript placement problems, data mismatches, and integration gaps by investigating websites, code, tracking behavior, and incoming data.
- Validate that customer setups are complete and data quality meets expectations before handing accounts off for ongoing account management.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain visibility into onboarding progress, implementation risks, and blockers that could impact time to go live.
- Manage a queue of active implementations simultaneously, keeping work organized and customers informed as projects move through different stages.
- Translate complex technical concepts into understandable guidance for customers with varying levels of technical knowledge, ensuring a smooth and confident onboarding experience.
