Requirements
- University degree in computer science, business administration, occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of relational database management tools (SQL or Oracle).
- Experience with web service utilities using SOAP or REST APIs.
- Experience with SSO platforms such as ADFS, Shibboleth, or Ping Federate.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
- Knowledge of System Development Life Cycles (SDLC).
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Industry experience in Sustainability or EHSQ is highly recommended.
- Experience with MIRTH or other middleware for CSV to HL7 conversion is a strong asset.
- Experience with Cority software is desired.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison between Cority Client Service Consultants and clients.
- Perform database conversions and support SQL script development.
- Review legacy systems and manage integrations using proprietary web service tools.
- Define workflow logic, business rules, and advanced report development.
- Liaise with product/programming teams to resolve high-priority implementation issues.
- Configure advanced security, including SSO, LDAP, LDAPS, and MFA.
- Document technical requirements and change requests.
- Conduct training for System Administrators and technical leads.
- Provide application enhancement suggestions to Product Management.
