Requirements
- Progressive experience in subcontractor partner management, Professional Services operations, or channel/ecosystem roles within a technology company.
- Experience building and improving partner operating models for scalable services delivery.
- Strong knowledge of partner administration, contract processes, and terms and conditions management.
- Proven ability to work effectively across Professional Services, Sales, Ecosystems, Finance, Legal, and IT.
- Experience managing strategic partner relationships and building credibility with executives.
- Strong program and project management skills including process documentation and workflow improvement.
- Operational rigor and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM, professional services automation, procurement, and partner portal tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the subcontractor partner operating model, including onboarding, lifecycle management, access coordination, and offboarding.
- Develop a global strategy for subcontractor and services partners to expand delivery capacity while maintaining quality.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic subcontractor and services partners.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify staffing needs, evaluate resources, and maintain visibility into partner inventory and skills.
- Manage contract and engagement workflows, including work authorization, purchase order coordination, and invoice routing.
- Improve partner delivery readiness through onboarding, enablement, and certification alignment.
- Establish partner performance scorecards and feedback loops to assess quality and compliance.
