Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and GTM/post-sales functions.
- Proven experience recruiting in cybersecurity or deep-tech markets.
- Demonstrated success in proactive candidate sourcing and pipeline building.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to advise hiring managers.
- Experience operating in a fast-moving, early-to-growth stage startup environment.
- Excellent candidate management and communication skills.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
- Ability to hire across diverse technical and commercial functions.
- Familiarity with HR generalist or HRBP practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Research, Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- Drive proactive, multi-channel sourcing for technical and commercial roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, structure interviews, and calibrate hiring standards.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Maintain pipeline data in Greenhouse and report on hiring metrics.
- Support compensation, leveling, and onboarding coordination.
- Assist the Director of Talent with HR operational needs.
