Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience within a consulting, digital agency, systems integrator, or technology professional services organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships with direct accountability for account success and client satisfaction.
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating accounts, including retainers, time and materials, or managed services.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or other complex B2B industries.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, forecasting, and account management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously.
  • Preferred: Experience with named account ownership in a consulting environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with digital commerce platforms (commercetools, SAP Commerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Preferred: Familiarity with ServiceNow solutions (CSM, FSM, CPQ, ITSM, Order Management).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts within a larger enterprise portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including directors, managers, and program owners.
  • Monitor overall account health, identify potential risks, and coordinate internal teams to proactively address challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support account growth initiatives.
  • Maintain account plans, stakeholder maps, and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Partner closely with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track scope, milestones, and budget performance across active client programs.
