Responsibilities
- Develop vision and strategy for partners by assessing strengths and weaknesses to achieve ambitious goals.
- Build deep, long-term relationships by identifying pain points and driving revenue growth.
- Analyze service performance data to provide actionable recommendations for quality and efficiency improvements.
- Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions.
- Act as an internal advocate for partner needs regarding new products and capabilities.
