Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years in a customer-facing role.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or team lead position within customer success or account management.
  • Proven experience owning renewal processes and accountability for retention quotas.
  • Strong commercial acumen with training in methodologies like Command of the Message or MEDDIC.
  • Experience leveraging data to make decisions about talent and team effectiveness.
  • Technical knowledge working with DevOps products and interacting with developers.
  • Strong project management skills with experience holding stakeholders accountable to timelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Partner with GTM and CS teams to build and operationalize programs and playbooks for the Strategic customer segment.
  • Enable the team to act on leading indicators like product adoption, risk signals, and expansion potential.
  • Organize team efforts around performance metrics including NDR and expansion.
  • Serve as the senior advocate for strategic customers, overseeing critical engagements and escalations.
