Senior Software Engineer — AI-Native Engineering (XTM Foundation)

Define and own Filigran’s AI-Native engineering strategy, including tools, workflows, practices, and how they evolve.
Run structured experiments with AI coding tools and agents, measure their impact on velocity and quality, and provide actionable recommendations.
Build guardrails and engineering standards for maintainable, tested, and consistent AI-generated code.
Work with product engineering teams to embed AI practices into day-to-day workflows, including AI-assisted code review, test generation, and documentation.
Run internal talks, workshops, and demos to share results and lessons learned.
Track changes in AI tooling and identify what is relevant to Filigran’s engineering teams.
Build shared AI engineering capabilities, including agent workflows in CI pipelines, MCP servers, prompt libraries, and versioned AI configuration.
Contribute to written rules for tools and data handling that apply across teams.
Contribute to external communications on AI-Native engineering through blog posts, open-source contributions, and conference talks.
