Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management within enterprise SaaS, healthcare consulting, or health system environments.
- Strong background working with hospital systems, including experience with large-scale healthcare implementations like EHR or clinical workflow systems.
- Deep understanding of perioperative operations, healthcare workflows, and hospital metrics.
- Experience collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to scope and plan complex enterprise deployments.
- Fluency with healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using dashboards and structured data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
- Willingness to travel 25–35% as required for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise perioperative solutions across multiple hospital sites and service lines.
- Partner with Sales during pre-sale and scoping phases to define feasibility and shape implementation strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, perioperative leadership, and C-suite executives.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Data Engineers, Product, and Client Success.
- Identify risks, design mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to ensure successful adoption.
- Leverage analytics dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
