🔍 B2B digital commerce
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role in B2B with a focus on Salesforce B2B Commerce and/or CPQ.
- Strong understanding of B2B business processes and solutions.
- Experience in building customized CPQ or B2B commerce solutions.
- Proficient in Salesforce B2B Commerce, including setup and configuration, order management, and integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead business process mapping sessions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Javascript, SF APEX, APIs (REST) is a bonus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Administrator and CPQ Specialist are desired.
- Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce or B2B Configuration Experiences, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for improving business processes and leveraging Salesforce B2B Commerce & CPQ capabilities.
- Lead business process mapping sessions and create functional requirements documentation.
- Work with technical teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions and ensure they meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Salesforce B2B Commerce and ensure successful rollouts.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis, identify and prioritize enhancements to existing systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and provide solutions to improve the overall user experience.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
