Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise SaaS.
- 8+ years experience at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
- Experience leading large, complex implementations with executive engagement.
- Knowledge of perioperative metrics, processes, and challenges.
- Fluency with Epic, Cerner, or comparable EHR environments.
- Experience managing provider-side hospital system projects.
- Strong analytical skills including data validation and complex Excel functions.
- Highly desired: Experience writing SQL queries.
- Plus: PMP certification.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to shape scope and set delivery expectations.
- Manage timeline for enterprise-wide deployment of Periop Solutions.
- Lead complex implementations involving multiple service lines and executive stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite and perioperative leadership.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Specialists.
- Identify risks and design proactive mitigation strategies.
- Analyze dashboard and reporting metrics to drive adoption.
- Act as primary owner for assigned client accounts.
