  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a recruiting team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in recruiting management software (e.g., Zoho Recruit) and ATS (e.g., GreenHouse).
  • Familiarity with recruitment channels and social media sourcing.
  • Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • Experience working remotely with Slack, Jira, and Google Docs.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle and lead candidate interviewing and evaluation.
  • Lead and mentor the recruiting team.
  • Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Introduce innovative candidate skills assessment tools.
  • Monitor hiring processes and improve internal/candidate communication.
  • Collaborate with clients to manage job descriptions and recruitment materials.
  • Manage and expand talent pools and databases.
  • Oversee onboarding and post-hire engagement.
