Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting
- Experience supporting enterprise software or technology businesses
- Strong consulting mindset for structuring ambiguous problems
- Analytically rigorous with SQL and Excel modeling skills
- Strong executive presence and influence without authority
- Experience building credible relationships with senior leadership
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and sales analytics platforms
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales segment and channel leaders
- Own the Weekly Business Review cadence
- Partner with Sales and CSM leadership to design and execute sales plays
- Identify process inefficiencies and design operational improvements
- Perform deep-dive analyses on activation, usage, and productivity
- Provide analytical input for territory design and headcount planning
- Collaborate across GTM Strategy, BI, Marketing, Product, and Finance
- Evaluate emerging tools and automation
