Requirements

  • Experience supporting enterprise software or technology businesses
  • Strong consulting mindset for structuring ambiguous problems
  • Analytically rigorous with SQL and Excel modeling skills
  • Strong executive presence and influence without authority
  • Experience building credible relationships with senior leadership
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and sales analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales segment and channel leaders
  • Own the Weekly Business Review cadence
  • Partner with Sales and CSM leadership to design and execute sales plays
  • Identify process inefficiencies and design operational improvements
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on activation, usage, and productivity
  • Provide analytical input for territory design and headcount planning
  • Collaborate across GTM Strategy, BI, Marketing, Product, and Finance
  • Evaluate emerging tools and automation
