Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to research unfamiliar topics and synthesize insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in Medicare, value-based care, or provider services.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • SQL and coding skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data on primary care practices to build automated systems for lead generation.
  • Turn research insights into practical recommendations for business development leads.
  • Build and analyze datasets to identify high-priority provider targets based on geography and payor mix.
  • Manage and maintain CRM hygiene and outreach tracking.
  • Prepare background materials and insights for provider meetings.
  • Assist with provider and payor contracting workflows and document tracking.
  • Create materials for payors regarding clinical, risk, and quality programs.
  • Identify and automate repetitive, time-consuming business processes.
