Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, business operations, or analytics.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and AI tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics and synthesize insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in Medicare, value-based care, or provider services.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- SQL and coding skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data on primary care practices to build automated systems for lead generation.
- Turn research insights into practical recommendations for business development leads.
- Build and analyze datasets to identify high-priority provider targets based on geography and payor mix.
- Manage and maintain CRM hygiene and outreach tracking.
- Prepare background materials and insights for provider meetings.
- Assist with provider and payor contracting workflows and document tracking.
- Create materials for payors regarding clinical, risk, and quality programs.
- Identify and automate repetitive, time-consuming business processes.
