- Demonstrated ability to work independently on high-stakes projects with executive stakeholders
- Exceptional financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Polished communicator with ability to influence at all levels
- Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Passion for sports and prediction markets
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals (preferred)
- Background in prediction markets, fantasy sports, or sports betting (preferred)
- Experience analyzing rapidly evolving regulatory or consumer landscapes (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across Underdog’s core business lines
- Build and maintain financial models supporting high-stakes strategic and commercial decisions
- Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior
- Own the development of strategic roadmaps and performance metrics
- Serve as connective tissue between product, finance, marketing, and operations
- Prepare board-level and executive-facing presentations
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships
