Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, partnerships, or account management.
- Hands-on experience supporting cross-functional campaigns or brand partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
- Experience working with corporate brands, agencies, or external partners.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, campaign execution, and partnership coordination.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing and brand activations for the Get Blue initiative.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approval processes, and launch readiness.
- Develop and maintain systems for organizing campaign assets and tools.
- Coordinate outreach, meetings, and follow-ups to support a pipeline of brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with corporate partners, agencies, and vendors to execute co-branded activations.
- Streamline workflows and improve internal processes to support scaling operations.
- Manage budget tracking, contracts, and adherence to brand guidelines.
