Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce.
- Expert-level knowledge of tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong analytical skills, including mastery of Microsoft Excel, with experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to analyze data trends and identify actionable insights.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and iterating AI tools for process automation.
- Strong ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Methodical approach to identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
- Excellent time management and organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Data Enrichment tools.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs) and MS Office (Word, Excel).
Responsibilities
- Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly renewal and expansion revenue forecasting process.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated models to predict performance across renewal and expansion motions.
- Lead the Retention Council to identify at-risk accounts and improve GRR and NRR.
- Standardize the health score framework and build operational playbooks for Customer Success and Account Management.
- Drive the annual and semi-annual GTM planning process, including territory design and capacity modeling.
- Partner with Marketing on lead-to-revenue mapping and attribution alignment.
- Act as a feedback loop between the field and Product to support PLG initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and iterate AI tools to drive efficiency in Rev Ops and customer-facing processes.
