Requirements
- 5–10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Deep experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Commercial organizations.
- Strong manager coaching capability and ability to shift leadership behaviors.
- Comfort operating independently with minimal oversight.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly.
- Strong AI fluency, including experience with AI tools, workflows, and impact analysis.
- Excellent judgment and ability to manage multiple stakeholder perspectives.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Support a fully remote organization of approximately 150 employees across Commercial, G&A, Clinical, and cross-functional teams.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to US-based managers, coaching them through real-world challenges.
- Identify manager capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
- Manage complex employee situations involving performance issues, team dynamics, org design, and leadership transitions.
- Drive People programs and initiatives across the US in partnership with the broader People Operations team.
- Guide managers through the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance calibration, and development.
- Monitor retention, engagement, and org health using data to identify and mitigate risks.
- Use AI tools to automate repeatable work, accelerate analysis, and build smarter workflows.
