Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product operations, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems and drive solutions from concept through implementation.
- Strong experience with Salesforce and integrated business systems.
- Demonstrated experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and system design.
- Strong data skills (analysis, mapping, validation, KPI definition).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI tools and conversational analytics (bonus).
- Familiarity with iPaaS/integration tools such as Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft (bonus).
- Experience with SQL and BI tools like Snowflake or Tableau (bonus).
- Background in SaaS, customer lifecycle, or operational systems (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery efforts to analyze complex business processes across product, sales, and customer success operations.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and system designs.
- Break down high-level concepts into actionable deliverables like data maps, workflows, and diagrams.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Systems teams to design and enhance internal tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows, decision-making, and customer experience.
- Help establish scalable frameworks for AI-driven process improvement and quality measurement.
- Own and maintain high-quality documentation in Jira.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
