Senior Business Systems Analyst

Gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of Zuora applications.
Develop 6-12 month roadmaps for the Zuora ecosystem to scale finance.
Partner with software engineers and integrations teams to design, build, and test system integrations.
Architect customizations to improve Zuora performance and user experience.
Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and customer journey artifacts.
