- 1+ years of experience as a BDR or in a similar role, with skills in personalized outreach and relationship-based sales.

- Conduct Expert Client and Contact Research: Demonstrate ability to operate as a research guru, digging deep to uncover valuable insights on potential clients.
- Engage with prospects through personalized communication strategies, ensuring every touchpoint feels relevant and timely.
- Work hand in hand with sales and marketing to develop and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Listen to and assess the needs of prospects to determine how we can best support them.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Constantly look for new ways to engage with prospects and differentiate our outreach.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM.
