- At least 3 years of project management experience with security related projects.
- 2+ years' experience as a Customer Success Manager or related role.
- Strong understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Bachelor βs degree strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of customer security business goals and pain points.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Expert negotiation skills for difficult client situations.
- Cybersecurity knowledge is desired, preferably with penetration testing projects.
- Knowledge in IT areas such as networks, application development, or mobile development is preferred.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Ensure customers realize value from Bishop Fox services.
- Oversee delivery of products and services to ensure compliance with contract deliverables and Service Level Objectives.
- Deliver medium to large projects on time and within budget.
- Execute project plans while managing risks and resolving issues.
- Build client relationships as measured by Net Promoter Score.
- Provide customer insights for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Create and manage status reports on engagements.
- Participate in service and account reviews.
- Drive customer satisfaction.
- Identify client concerns and conduct root cause analysis.
