Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
- 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases.
- 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar.
- Expertise in BigQuery for large-scale data processing and analysis.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools.
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive, ambitious, practical mindset with a focus on results and urgency.
- Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.
- Develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic to power dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools.
- Guide business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Ensure on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models.
- Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations, ETL workflows, and BigQuery data pipelines.
