Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and FSM platforms.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution implementation, and system integration across complex environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and process design tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio).
- Solid understanding of utilities, energy, telecom, asset management, and field service operations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced consulting environments.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to capture, document, and analyze business processes, needs, and operational objectives, particularly in field service environments.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for enterprise systems and support gap analysis activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, test, and validate solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
- Lead and support stakeholder workshops, requirement sessions, and solution presentations to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Develop user stories, test cases, and execute testing activities, including defect tracking, validation, and UAT coordination.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using FSM and enterprise platforms.
- Provide post-implementation support, training, documentation, and ongoing system enhancement recommendations.
