Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Zuora Billing and Revenue.
- Zuora Certified Administrator certification.
- 5+ years of hands-on financial systems administration experience (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, MS Dynamics, SFDC Financial Cloud).
- Deep understanding of subscription billing modules and/or Advanced Revenue Management.
- Proven experience building and managing Zuora Workflows, Scripts, and Customizations.
- Proficiency with Zuora Reporting, Data Query, and SQL.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Willingness to learn and support additional business applications like Salesforce, Telecom/IVR, and Workato (iPaaS).
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of Zuora applications.
- Develop 6-12 month roadmaps for the Zuora ecosystem to scale finance.
- Partner with software engineers and integrations teams to design, build, and test system integrations.
- Architect customizations to improve Zuora performance and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and customer journey artifacts.
- Triage incidents and own change management and release processes.
- Train and coach business lines to increase self-sufficiency in managing data.
