Responsibilities
- Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new business processes to identify workforce efficiency improvements.
- Perform operational business requirement analysis and gap analysis for process modifications.
- Create and maintain a requirements database for business process support.
- Validate that proposed solutions meet underlying business needs.
- Analyze and compare marketing materials from industry solution providers.
- Document and manage functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
- Build and execute test scripts to evaluate multiple product capabilities and make purchase recommendations.
