Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Systems analysis.
- Certified Workday Pro with deep configuration expertise.
- Advanced data analysis proficiency in Excel, Python, Tableau, or Airtable/Coda.
- Proven experience as a power-user of AI to automate manual workflows.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- First-principles thinker capable of referencing and adapting best practices.
- Intellectual curiosity to learn about mineral exploration and geology.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-growing, early-stage company environment.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel to exploration sites globally (typically <1 trip per year).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal configurator of all Workday modules, reports, and business processes.
- Thoughtfully architect HR data across all existing systems.
- Manage the administration of review cycles within and outside of Workday.
- Manage HR-related integrations in collaboration with IT.
- Serve as the employee point of contact for HR systems questions.
- Configure and maintain various security roles and permissions.
- Partner with internal teams to build reporting and tools that leverage HR data outside of HR systems.
- Contribute to the entry and management of employee data.
