Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in CRM management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to tie work to strategic organizational goals.
- Proven experience with project management and self-directed, proactive work.
- Demonstrated ability to approach conflict constructively to resolve issues.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is preferred for automation and integration tasks.
- Ability to work during regular Mon-Fri business hours and occasional off-shift maintenance periods.
- Comfort using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert for best practices in CRM data management.
- Partner with teams across ActBlue to guide project planning, execution, and systems workflows.
- Support the Enterprise Systems Manager in leading critical initiatives and business continuity planning.
- Analyze and document current processes, pain points, and assumptions to identify automation opportunities.
- Administer Finance tooling, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and HRIS, including configuration and permissions.
- Define KPIs to measure IT effectiveness, track software costs, and manage budget tradeoffs.
- Implement and monitor system integrations, including third-party data and productivity tools.
