Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience combined with education.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, production support, systems analysis, operations, or a related field.
- Experience investigating complex business or technical issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigation and resolution of complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Analyze business processes, system behavior, and operational data to assess impacts, communicate risks, and recommend improvements.
- Partner with Operations and Technology teams to prioritize work and ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting issues.
- Develop and execute testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and production validation.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, mentoring junior analysts and documenting best practices.
