Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or enterprise initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting clinical systems, EHR platforms, or healthcare technology implementations (Preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies (Preferred).
- Experience working within a PMO or structured governance environment (Preferred).
- CBAP, CCBA, or similar Business Analyst certification (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain project artifacts such as BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Analyze current-state workflows and define future-state processes aligned with system capabilities and regulatory needs.
- Partner with Project Managers to support project planning, scope definition, estimation, and prioritization.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Assist with testing, UAT coordination, and validation of project outcomes.
- Support change management by documenting workflow and role impacts.
