Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or systems-focused role.
- Strong Salesforce fluency, with a focus on platform building and configuration.
- Proven experience building systems beyond a CRM, such as integrations, scripts, or AI agents.
- Strong discovery instincts to interview stakeholders and observe complex workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end project timelines and surface risks early.
- Capability to provide clear, direct guidance to senior stakeholders regarding requirements and scope.
- Ability to quickly get productive in unfamiliar systems or domains.
- AI-first and automation-first mindset with disciplined judgment.
- High agency to identify needs and drive projects to completion independently.
- Salesforce Admin certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and document business requirements by observing workflows and interviewing stakeholders.
- Perform light Salesforce configuration including reports, dashboards, simple flows, and field updates.
- Manage roadmaps and prioritization for tools such as Zoom Contact Center, Calendly, and Zapier.
- Partner with an AI Ops specialist to determine, build, and deploy AI-led system fixes and automations.
- Develop and maintain transparent build roadmaps to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Drive systems enablement, including onboarding, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.
