Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience working on complex information technology projects.
- Minimum 2 years serving in a leadership role as a Business Analyst.
- At least 7 years of experience performing client-focused business analysis and requirements management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) program within a Health and Human Services environment.
- Experience supporting Child Support workstreams within an Integrated Eligibility System.
- Demonstrated experience conducting requirements gathering sessions and validating requirements for Agile and CI/CD environments.
- Ability to create As-Is and To-Be business process models, user stories, functional specifications, and wireframes.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as Blueprint.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive-level meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Elicit, document, validate, and manage functional and system requirements.
- Develop business process documentation, including As-Is and To-Be workflows.
- Create user stories, functional specifications, process models, and business documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Support Agile software development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workgroups, and solution validation sessions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect analysis, and implementation activities.
