Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced, remote-first environment strongly preferred.
  • Solid familiarity with core HR workflows including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and leave administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proven experience with HRIS data, spreadsheets, and survey metrics.
  • Ability to spot trends and build executive reports.
  • Exceptionally organized with a track record of managing project timelines and operational trackers.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive data.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers regarding policies and general HR inquiries.
  • Manage lower-complexity employee relations matters independently.
  • Provide tactical support to Senior HRBPs on complex cases, including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Serve as an empathetic point of contact for employees navigating leaves of absence or accommodations.
  • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of engagement surveys and performance review processes.
  • Execute recurring virtual and in-person culture initiatives, such as peer recognition and company offsites.
  • Maintain documentation, operational trackers, and project timelines for HR programs.
