Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a BI, data analyst, or analytics engineering role.
- Proven ownership of the full data lifecycle; you have not specialized in just one layer.
- Experience extracting and working with data from multiple systems (APIs, native exports, CRM, PM tools).
- Proficiency with CRM and PM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Airtable.
- Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
- Experience with data infrastructure such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or dbt.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI applied to data workflows.
- Comfort working with REST APIs for data extraction and integration.
- Professional English fluency (B2 level at a minimum).
- Ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the full data lifecycle end-to-end, including extraction, cleaning, transformation, and modeling.
- Develop and deploy compelling, insightful dashboards that drive key business decisions for clients.
- Integrate automation and AI to ensure data remains smarter, fresher, and less dependent on manual effort.
- Act as a strategic data partner by translating complex business problems into data-driven insights.
- Manage multiple client engagements concurrently, identifying data requirements and delivering actionable results.
