Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Proficiency in developing BI solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Epic Slicer Dicer, Caboodle, and Clarity (preferred).
- Experience with BI tools like MS Power BI, Fabric, Tableau, or Qlik (preferred).
- Familiarity with data virtualization tools like Denodo (preferred).
- Familiarity with Data Governance concepts (preferred).
- Experience with version control tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Gather, prepare, and analyze user requirements for report design.
- Utilize enterprise data systems such as Epic Slicer Dicer, Caboodle, and Clarity to develop and modify dashboards.
- Conduct testing, validation, and change management for reporting systems.
- Provide end-user training and create educational materials like job aids and quick start guides.
- Participate in technical code reviews and project planning meetings.
- Maintain documentation and status reports according to department standards.
