Requirements
- 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Experience within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Expert proficiency in Greenhouse (job configuration, scheduling, assessments).
- Advanced capability with LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, InMail, job post optimization).
- Deep comfort using talent CRMs and engagement platforms (e.g., Gem, SourceWhale).
- Strong command of boolean search strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing search by funnel metrics.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and ambiguity.
- Immaculate written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for sourcing and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to rapidly generate pipelines and own full-cycle searches.
- Drive business, G&A, and go-to-market hiring across middle management, specialists, and associates.
- Manage desk using funnel metrics and channel mix to independently optimize searches.
- Maintain flawless documentation in Greenhouse and talent trackers.
- Conduct skilled behavioral interviews and assess talent.
- Leverage AI tools to augment and scale sourcing and writing workflows.
