Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • Experience within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Greenhouse (job configuration, scheduling, assessments).
  • Advanced capability with LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, InMail, job post optimization).
  • Deep comfort using talent CRMs and engagement platforms (e.g., Gem, SourceWhale).
  • Strong command of boolean search strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing search by funnel metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and ambiguity.
  • Immaculate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for sourcing and content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to rapidly generate pipelines and own full-cycle searches.
  • Drive business, G&A, and go-to-market hiring across middle management, specialists, and associates.
  • Manage desk using funnel metrics and channel mix to independently optimize searches.
  • Maintain flawless documentation in Greenhouse and talent trackers.
  • Conduct skilled behavioral interviews and assess talent.
  • Leverage AI tools to augment and scale sourcing and writing workflows.
