Requirements
- University degree.
- 3–5 years of end-to-end in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience hiring across business functions and exposure to hiring for tech roles.
- Strong recruiting experience in the DACH market; experience in the UK, France, Spain, Latam or the US is a plus.
- Proven track record of generating hires through proactive outreach/sourcing.
- Extensive experience with ATS and recruitment technology, ideally Greenhouse and/or Ashby.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to partner with and constructively challenge hiring managers.
- Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across business roles while also managing some technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and influencing hiring decisions.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across the DACH region and other key international markets.
- Create and nurture talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring effectiveness.
- Leverage ATS and recruitment technologies to streamline processes.
- Own employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company as an employer of choice.
