  • Strong project management instincts
  • Deep, hands-on Greenhouse ATS ownership experience
  • Data fluency with the ability to pull, structure, and analyze recruiting metrics

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to design and stand up the processes, workflows, and standards that scale recruiting from 50 people to hundreds
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to ensure repeatable hiring operations
  • Own Greenhouse as the system of record, ensuring proper configuration, structure, and data hygiene
  • Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on recruiting KPIs and OKRs
  • Manage coordination across the full recruiting pipeline, including interview scheduling and candidate management
  • Prioritize recruiting searches against benchmarks and metrics to meet business goals
  • Support sourcing activities, including company research and candidate outreach on LinkedIn
