Requirements

  • Proven experience with successful DTC/e-commerce brands.
  • Deep understanding of direct response advertising, consumer behavior, and customer psychology.
  • Expertise in Meta/Facebook Ad Manager.
  • Proficiency with DTC attribution and data analysis tools such as Northbeam and Triple Whale.
  • Experience in UGC strategy, AI creative concepts, and static ads.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute creative testing systems.
  • Demonstrated skill in script writing and creative conceptualization.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to team members.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with high initiative and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Creative Strategy department.
  • Develop creative systems, workflows, SOPs, and testing structures.
  • Analyze ad and account data to translate findings into actionable creative insights on a weekly basis.
  • Host weekly creative and performance meetings.
  • Train and mentor creative strategists.
  • Create and review hooks, scripts, UGC ideas, AI concepts, and performance angles.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, media buying agencies, creative agencies, editors, and creators.
