Requirements
- Proven experience with successful DTC/e-commerce brands.
- Deep understanding of direct response advertising, consumer behavior, and customer psychology.
- Expertise in Meta/Facebook Ad Manager.
- Proficiency with DTC attribution and data analysis tools such as Northbeam and Triple Whale.
- Experience in UGC strategy, AI creative concepts, and static ads.
- Strong ability to develop and execute creative testing systems.
- Demonstrated skill in script writing and creative conceptualization.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to team members.
- Growth-oriented mindset with high initiative and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Creative Strategy department.
- Develop creative systems, workflows, SOPs, and testing structures.
- Analyze ad and account data to translate findings into actionable creative insights on a weekly basis.
- Host weekly creative and performance meetings.
- Train and mentor creative strategists.
- Create and review hooks, scripts, UGC ideas, AI concepts, and performance angles.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO, media buying agencies, creative agencies, editors, and creators.
