Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, Amazon brand growth, or related fields
  • Deep understanding of the Amazon customer journey and purchase decision process
  • Strong experience with Amazon listing creative strategy (main/secondary images, A+/Premium A+ content, storefronts)
  • Experience developing marketplace-focused creative that drives Amazon conversion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into creative direction
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with programmatic display advertising and Amazon DSP campaigns
  • Experience with online video, streaming TV (STV), and connected TV (CTV) creatives
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies and hypotheses across Amazon listings, Amazon DSP, and video campaigns
  • Analyze Amazon performance data to identify winning concepts and iteration opportunities
  • Conduct product, consumer, competitor, and search-intent research
  • Build creative angles from reviews, ratings, claims, pricing, and competitor gaps
  • Write creative briefs, scripts, and testing plans for video and image assets
  • Partner closely with designers, video editors, and creators to guide execution
  • Review creative outputs and provide actionable feedback
  • Develop marketplace-focused UGC and video creatives designed to improve Amazon conversion
  • Track, synthesize, and communicate learnings from creative tests
  • Turn Amazon performance insights into new creative concepts and testing plans
