Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in paid social or direct response marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube, or Snapchat.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Ability to work comfortably across Google Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Formulate effective creative strategies using data, research, and creative insights.
- Analyze performance data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Perform consumer, product, and competitor research.
- Collaborate with production and post-production teams to produce video content.
- Write scripts and copy for video, static image ads, and email campaigns.
- Analyze test results to identify top-performing concepts and iterate accordingly.
- Conduct weekly strategic account planning with oversight from the Creative Strategy Lead.
