Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in paid social or direct response marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube, or Snapchat.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Ability to work comfortably across Google Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate effective creative strategies using data, research, and creative insights.
  • Analyze performance data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Perform consumer, product, and competitor research.
  • Collaborate with production and post-production teams to produce video content.
  • Write scripts and copy for video, static image ads, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze test results to identify top-performing concepts and iterate accordingly.
  • Conduct weekly strategic account planning with oversight from the Creative Strategy Lead.
