  • 2–4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through self-directed outbound (LinkedIn, cold email, phone).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft targeted, non-template outreach.
  • Proficiency in CRM management, activity logging, and sequence maintenance.
  • Fluency with AI tooling for research, outreach drafting, and call preparation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.
  • Resilience, consistency, and ability to thrive in a self-directed, high-growth environment.
  • Interest in the real estate, construction, or proptech domain.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-fit prospects using LinkedIn, industry databases, and conference lists.
  • Execute targeted outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Book qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain clean and accurate activity records in CRM.
  • Engage actively on LinkedIn to build a professional presence in the industry.
  • Identify potential channel partners and conduct initial outreach to build relationships.
  • Support partnership pipeline tracking and organize partner contacts.
  • Assist with conference prep, including scheduling meetings and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account targeting and messaging refinement.
